This documentation provides steps that were done for Registering as an Operator in Portugal: 
  * 09/10/2023 17:59 - Sent request for being subscribed as an Operator in Portugal;
  * 17/01/2024 09:52 - Sent an Update to Anacom for the registration;
  * 08/02/2024 11:34 - Recevied the confirmation from ANACOM that we're registered as an operator, our Voxbone Account Manager (Iheanyi Inwasou) was sending us the Addendum for Portugal;
  * 01/03/2024 11:56 - Receivedd and forwarded the addendum, we're registered as an operator in Portugal;
  * 23/07/2024 11:24 - Sent the documentation of the first quarter, that documentation regards the number of calls/minutes that were done on the first quarter;
  * 04/10/2024 17:59 - Delivered the Security Policy as per requested by Anacom;
