The email is to be sent from support@becloudsolutions.com to support@becloudsolutions.com, with all customers in “Bcc”.
Always send the email at least two weeks prior to the scheduled date and keep in mind the timezone difference when scheduling the activity.

Dear Customer,

As part of our commitment to continually improve the service quality that we provide to our customers, we wish to inform you that we will perform a maintenance activity on our BeIncontact and Sippysoft platforms. This planned activity will take place in some of our cluster’s instances and will be affected in the following time window:
 
Date and time: **//date in format YYYY/MM/DD// from //time in format HH:MM:SS AM/PM UTC// to //time in format HH:MM:SS AM/PM UTC//**. 
 
During this time window, the instances in the Europe Region (Frankfurt) could be unavailable during the activity periods.
These activities generally take a few minutes to complete. After, the instance will return operative as usual.
 
During the whole period, the BeCloud Support Team will monitor the situation and be active for any other eventualities.
