This documentation contains the list of account that you can find in the Facebook/Meta Account Manager page.
Also, this will be divided in Vonage users and Infobip users for a faster tracking.

After having described each account per providers, Here you will find a list of account that you can find on the Facebook/Meta Account Manager page. Vonage ==== As per the tenants using Vonage, these are the ones we're providing a service:

• F.imm Api Key (ff7d5edc):
  • Using: WhatsApp / Test purposes;
  • Scope: The scope of this channel is for BeCloud to use freely as a test account, currently there's only one WhatsApp integration for testing a service (Padania Acque);
• Comer Sud:
  • Using: WhatsApp;
  • Scope: The scope of this tenant is to handle requests (mostly related to service in the automotive field);
• Prysmian Brasil:
  • Using: WhatsApp;
  • Scope: The scope of this tenant is to handle requests, but as per 03/2023 this channel is not being used;
• Farmacie Italiane:
  • Using: WhatsApp;
  • Scope: The scope of this tenant is to handle requests, inquieries and making an order. Related to Medicine/Pharmacies;
• OCME:
  • Using: WhatsApp;
  • Scope: The scope of this tenant is to handle requests (mostly related to service in the manufacture field);

• F.imm:
  • Using: WhatsApp;
  • Scope: The scope of this channel is to handle requests for one service (self-reading meters);
• Arquati:
  • Using: WhatsApp;
  • Scope: The scope of this channel is to handle requests and arranging appointments;
• Grenke:
  • Using: WhatsApp;
  • Scope: The scope of this channel is to handle requests for their service;
• Alidays:
  • Using: WhatsApp;
  • Scope: The scope of this channel is to handle requests for their three services (Istituzionale - Clienti Diretti - Assistenza Premium);
• Service Credit:
  • Using: WhatsApp;
  • Scope: The scope of this channel is to handle requests for their service, as per today (10-14-2024) the Meta Business account is banned;

Currently, on the Account, we have been “invited” on these following pages:

  • Restrictions: The account is limited due to their security policy, if you will have to add a new number or change/add templates, you will have to contact them to make you an admin;
• Service Credit:
  • Restrictions: The account is the admin of the page, so, it has no limitation.
• Alidays:
  • Restrictions: The account is the admin of the page, so, it has no limitation.
• OCME TEST:
  • Restrictions: The account is the admin of the page, so, it has no limitation.
  • This account was used as a Test account;
• Farmacie Italiane TEST:
  • Restrictions: The account is the admin of the page, so, it has no limitation.
  • This account was used as a Test account;
• BeCloud:
  • Restrictions: The account is the admin of the page, so, it has no limitation.
  • This account was used as a Test account;
• OCME:
  • Restrictions: The account is the admin of the page, so, it has no limitation.

  • Restrictions: The account is the admin of the page, so, it has no limitation.
